Focusing on the high cleanliness and high precision requirements of medical equipment, we provide precision parts processing services that meet industry standards. The production process is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, using German DMG Mori five-axis machining centers to ensure the surface roughness of parts Ra≤0.8μm and key dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.005mm. Medical-grade stainless steel (such as 316L) is selected as raw material, which has passed SGS biocompatibility testing. After processing, a coordinate measuring machine is used for full-size inspection, and detailed quality inspection reports are provided for each batch. For the core valve body parts of a ventilator manufacturer, the processing efficiency is increased by 20% by optimizing the tool path and cooling system, while meeting the strict requirements of no burrs and no magnetism. Currently, the products have been exported to medical equipment manufacturers in more than 20 countries in Europe and America.
