Our sheet metal products include various precision sheet metal structural parts, welded assemblies and riveted finished products, widely used in electronic communication equipment, mechanical equipment enclosures, lighting equipment frames, medical instrument brackets and new energy vehicle components. Relying on advanced equipment such as Taiwan precision punch presses and German Trumpf laser cutting machines, we can realize integrated processing from sheet cutting, bending, stamping to welding and riveting. We support precision forming of various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and cold-rolled steel plate, with the maximum processing size up to 3000mm×1500mm and bending accuracy controlled within ±0.5°.
With a stamping capacity of 600,000 pieces/day and modular mold design, we can not only meet the mass order requirements of customers like Huawei and Schneider, but also undertake small-batch customization (minimum 50 pieces), with the delivery cycle shortened to 5-7 days. During production, the professional engineering team (with more than 15 years of experience) uses Solidworks for structural simulation, optimizes welding paths to reduce deformation, and adopts robot welding technology to ensure smooth and firm welds, with welding strength meeting the industry first-class standard.
All sheet metal parts have undergone strict quality inspections such as salt spray testing (48-72 hours) and coating thickness detection, complying with ISO9001:2015 quality management system requirements. For example, the cabinet sheet metal components customized for a communication equipment enterprise have the assembly gap controlled within 0.3mm by optimizing the bending process. Currently, they have been mass exported to more than 30 countries worldwide with zero return records.
