Our die-casting parts include aluminum alloy and zinc alloy precision structural components, widely used in automotive power systems, electronic equipment enclosures, new energy motor housings and industrial valves. Using high-quality aluminum alloy materials such as A380 and ADC12, they are formed by 1250-ton cold chamber die-casting machines and vacuum die-casting process, with a casting density of over 99.5%, which can withstand air pressure tests above 10MPa without leakage.

Our die-casting parts include aluminum alloy and zinc alloy precision structural components, widely used in automotive power systems, electronic equipment enclosures, new energy motor housings and industrial valves. Using high-quality aluminum alloy materials such as A380 and ADC12, they are formed by 1250-ton cold chamber die-casting machines and vacuum die-casting process, with a casting density of over 99.5%, which can withstand air pressure tests above 10MPa without leakage.
During production, Pro-E is used for mold runner simulation optimization to reduce defects such as pores and shrinkage, with key dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.1mm. Equipped with automatic deburring equipment and coordinate measuring machines, the surface roughness of castings is ensured to be Ra≤1.6μm, and the flatness error is <0.1mm/m. Diversified surface treatments are provided for different application scenarios, such as anodizing (film thickness 8-15μm), electrophoretic coating (salt spray resistance ≥500 hours) and electroplating processes, meeting the requirements of corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
The drive motor housing die-castings customized for a new energy vehicle manufacturer have achieved a 20% weight reduction through structural optimization, while withstanding high-temperature working conditions of 150℃ without deformation, with an annual supply of over 80,000 pieces. The products comply with ISO9001:2015 certification. Zinc alloy die-castings can achieve precision forming with a minimum wall thickness of 0.8mm, and have provided electronic equipment bracket accessories for Xiaomi, DJI and other enterprises, with a defect rate stable below 0.2%.
